本店的招牌红火酸汤火锅来自于贵州苗族的酸汤火锅。苗家酸汤酸酸辣辣，极其爽口。在盛夏，酸汤虽酸，但是里面的碱性成分能祛湿避暑。在寒冬，酸汤火锅也让人开胃健脾。苗家酸汤已被评为中国贵州的十大名菜之一，更是在舌尖上的中国上大受好评。

Our restaurant's signature RED HOT Tomato Sour Soup Base originates in Yao Ethnic Minority Group in Guizhou province. The Tomato Sour Soup Base tastes both sour and spicy, which increases appetite. It is a healthy dish suitable both in summer and winter. Tomato Sour Soup Base has been acknowledged as one of the most famous dish in Guizhou Province in China. It also made a grand appearance on “​A Bite of China", a famous Chinese food documentary.
